Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email containing a summary of your order and your shipping and billing details.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, we will prepare your items for shipping. It takes 3-5 days for stocking and 7-10 days for delivery. We strive to prepare your order for shipping as quickly as possible. However, some items may require longer processing time due to low product availability. In such cases, we will notify you by email of the delay.

Please note that holidays and weekends are not included in the shipping time frame. Additionally, in some areas, shipping delays may occur due to restrictions imposed by the shipping company or other factors. We will make every effort to keep you informed of any relevant information through various channels, so that you can stay up-to-date on the status of your order.


We offer free Flat Rate Shipping, or you may choose to upgrade to Express Shipping for an additional fee. Please note that Express Shipping requires a street address in English and a contact number since delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses. Due to longer customs clearance times, Flat Rate Shipping and Standard Shipping times may be affected. We cannot deliver orders to military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO), Guam, Jersey, Guernsey, Virgin Islands (UK), Isle of Man, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Reunion, Martinique, Malawi, Papua New Guinea, Grenada, Zambia, Nigeria. For US territories, please provide an alternative address. For customers in Puerto Rico, please state Puerto Rico in the country section instead of state or province. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Modification of Orders

If you need to modify your order, our customer service will send you a confirmation message. We will process the order after receiving your confirmation, so please reply as soon as possible.


Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package, a tracking number, and a link to the shipping company website. You can track your package by clicking the link provided. Please note that it may take the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment, and your tracking link may not work immediately. If delivery is unsuccessful, we will notify you by email. If you do not receive your package, please contact us within 6 months of your order date. Our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
